He was born in 1986 in Nusaybin. He started his career at an early age. During this period, he visited Syria and Iraq for commercial purposes. He carried out commercial activities in important cities of Iraq and all cities of Syria. He also traded in different countries in the Caucasus geography, especially in Georgia. At the age of 18, he played for Nusaybin Demirspor as a professional football player. He worked in the field of banking for a while. He worked at different levels in the fuel sector, including the regional directorate. He studied Marketing and Advertising at Pamukkale University, after changing his major, he graduated from the Department of Business Administration. Having completed his education in the field of local administrations, Çelik continues his education at the Department of Sociology at Istanbul University and at the Department of Justice at Anadolu University. Çelik, which established its own company, continues its activities as a contracting company. He continues to be a member of various NGOs, Çelik, while he is frequently featured in the local and mainstream media with his news and interviews.
Çelik, who served as the vice president of TISİAD for a long time, was elected as the president of TISIAD in February 2022.
