Arsen Kantarcı, who graduated from the department of economics at Paris Dauphine University in France, has held senior management positions in the banking and finance sectors. Kantarcı, who is the President of the Zagreb-based Croatian-Turkish Businessmen Platform, is also the CEO of Consulto Project, which operates in the areas of finance, renewable energy, and government relations.
