Turkish Businessmen Association (TİAD) is a non-political and non-profit private non-governmental organization founded in 1993 by our businessmen in Romania. Our association’s member profile consists of high-level Turkish companies operating in electricity-electronics, chemistry and plastics, transportation, machinery manufacturing, industry, trade, finance-banking, food, apparel, tourism, construction, and many similar fields. The association operates in many fields based on contributing to the development of economic, social and cultural relations between Turkey and Romania.
Mission:
To help create an environment that fosters cooperation opportunities between Turkish and Romanian businessmen.
To enlighten Turkish businessmen about the developing economic conditions of Romania, to convey developments and changes in economic, financial, and social legislation.
To evaluate the main problems faced by Turkish businessmen during the investment phase and during their commercial activities, to search for solutions to common problems in cooperation with Turkish and Romanian official institutions and organizations
Assisting in solving problems together, when necessary, constitutes the main fields of activity of our Association.
In addition, our Association participates in all kinds of fairs, conferences, and promotions, and carries out activities for Turkish companies to increase their market shares in Romania and to create a positive image for Turkish goods.
